DISCLAIMER:

The PATRON who is signed up for a package with CAUTION DAY BREAK (‘the band’) voluntarily assumes all risks relating to the event, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury not due to the direct and proven negligence of SYNC PRO INC. SYNC PRO INC. is not legally responsible for the risks aforementioned.

The PATRON indemnifies SYNC PRO INC. for any and all damage or loss caused by the direct action or negligence of the patron to any third party.

SYNC PRO INC. reserves the right to remove the PATRON from the band who displays unruly behaviour as deemed by an authorised representative of SYNC PRO INC. As a result, the following will not be tolerated, among other things:

• Fighting in the band
• Indecent exposure
• Lewdness or vulgarity

The PATRON consents to, and assigns SYNC PRO INC. the unrestricted right to:

• take, store, use or publish photographs and/or videos of the PATRON in the band, and the PATRON waives their right to receive valuable consideration; and
• collect, store, transfer, or use any provided personal data and/or information for marketing and sales purposes, including for, inter alia, potential loyalty rewards programme.

SYNC PRO INC. does not authorise the resale or gifting of packages. If the PATRON decides to resell or gifts their package, they agree to indemnify SYNC PRO INC. against liabilities to, claims by, and losses causes by any third party.

All payments are non-refundable. Tee shirt, Bodysuits or Crop top and bikini exchanges are subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors of SYNC PRO INC.

BY SIGNING UP FOR OR BEING SIGNED UP FOR A PACKAGE, THE PATRON NAMED AGREES TO ALL THE AFOREMENTIONED TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND DECLARES THEY ARE OVER THE AGE OF 18.
